DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - With the RNC a month-and-a-half away, officials are moving full steam ahead to make the Cleveland shine.
Tuesday afternoon the Cleveland 2016 Host Committee is expected to announce the collaborative beautification effort aimed at enhancing the visitor experience of the delegates and other guests in town for the RNC in July.
The goal of the initiative is to create a brighter, more welcoming experience along the main pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfares in Downtown Cleveland and the surrounding communities.
Tuesday's event will recognize the collaboration and contributions of several community partners and will highlight the projects involved with this effort.
