CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A man suspected of driving under the influence is accused of crashing into a police car.
According to the report, Dujuan M. Abner was eastbound on St. Clair in a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan when he turned in front of a Cleveland Police Sergeant's marked car, who was westbound.
Both vehicles collided at the intersection of St. Clair and E. 140th St.
The sergeant was injured and taken to St. Vincent Charity Hospital.
Abner was not injured and was suspected of operating the vehicle while impaired. Field sobriety tests indicate he was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs of abuse. He was arrested.
The sergeant was eventually treated and released.
