The best social media reactions to the Indians 'circumstances'

TORONTO, ONTARIO (WOIO)- Toronto Blue Jays player Jose Bautista is blaming the Indians' 3-0 ALCS lead on "circumstances," and Indians fans are firing back.

"All you have to do is go look at video and try to count the number of pitches they have thrown over the heart of the plate," Bautista said on Sunday. "It hasn't been many. They've been able to do that because of the circumstances -- that I'm not trying to talk about because I can't. That is for you guys to do, but you guys don't really want to talk about that either."

The Indians' account posted a response to the comment with a picture of some of their star players and the word "circumstances."

The team has continued to have fun with the claim, even changing their Twitter bio to say, "We control all the circumstances."

Fans have been having fun with it as well.

They even changed Andrew Miller's Twitter bio to say his nickname is "Circumstances."

Even Ohio governor John Kasich got in on the fun.

The Indians take on the Blue Jays again in Game 4 of the ALCS Tuesday night in Toronto.
