CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - North Olmsted police have arrested and charged two people in the death of a North Olmsted man found under a bridge.
The body of James Cashin, 65, was found Saturday under the Pearl Road Bridge. He was found beside a wooded area near the railroad tracks under and east of Pearl Road (Cleveland) Bridge at Big Creek on Saturday.
The cause of death has been determined to be blunt impact to head and neck, according to North Olmsted police. Police suspect Cashin was killed in August and dumped in Cleveland.
Aggravated murder charges have been filed against Anthony Kennedy, 29, of North Olmsted and Seth Wood, 22, also of North Olmsted.
Police said Cashin and Kennedy were in a relationship for about 6 years and lived together at 5440 Kennedy Ridge in North Olmsted.
Cashin was a retired probation officer with the county and was working at the airport as a security officer.
No motive was released.
Kennedy and Wood were arraigned in Rocky River Municipal Court. Both men were given $1.5 million bonds.
