CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Tuesday night in Cleveland was one for the record books.

LeBron James and Kyrie Irving led the Cavaliers to a 117-99 victory over the New York Knicks in the NBA season opener. Prior to the win the team received their championship rings and raised their championship banner in Quicken Loans Arena.

Meanwhile less 200 yards away, Corey Kluber, Roberto Perez and the Cleveland Indians beat the Chicago Cubs 6-0 in the World Series opener.
