Surveillance video released in Akron business robberies

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Police have released surveillance video to help find the suspects in two separate robberies. 

In the first robbery the owner said the two suspects entered the business around 8 a.m. Oct. 7 at Bel-Air Motors on West Exchange. Police said the owner was pistol-whipped and robbed. 

Police released surveillance video of the suspects walking into Bel-Air Motors. 

The second robbery took place on Oct. 20 at Long's Auto Haus on North Main Street. The owner reported two men entered the business armed with handguns, pistol-whipped him and demanded money.  The suspects fled with an unreported amount cash to an awaiting gray, Ford Taurus parked on Frances Avenue.
