DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Browns have named Josh McCown as the starting quarterback for this Sunday.
After a slew of injuries, rookie Cody Kessler has filled in for the past few weeks. But he was injured this past week against the Bengals.
McCown suffered a broken collarbone earlier in the season, but has practiced this week. Head coach Hue Jackson says it looks like he could be able to go on Sunday against the Jets.
Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
The Browns are still seeking their first win of the season.
