AKRON, OH (WOIO) - Rochell Finney, 24, was charged with assault on school administration and criminal damaging after she allegedly assaulted a secretary and threw chairs around the principal's office while searching for her son.
Police say Finney went to Robinson Community Learning Center looking for her son, who was supposed to be picked up after school by his grandmother. The child, instead of waiting, walked to his grandmother's house, leading his mother to believe he was missing.
While Finney was at the school, she screamed profanities, kicked the secretary, threw chairs around the office and broke window blinds. The principal was finally able to restrain her until officers arrived.
