Coleman started the season with seven catches for 173 yards and two touchdowns in his first two games.
He was picked 15th overall in the 2016 NFL Draft.
This will also be the first regular season game that Coleman has started with fellow rookie Cody Kessler at quarterback.
The Browns rank 21st in passing offense while this week's opponent, the Dallas Cowboys, are 18th in passing defense.
