CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

From Meteorologist Jeff Tanchak:

We are looking at a MAJOR mid-week warm up! Afternoon highs will top out in the lower 80s tomorrow and Thursday.

Our next cold front will also be moving in during that time. This will provide the focus for late-day and evening showers and storms on Thursday.

Unsettled Weekend Outlook:

In the wake of Thursday's cold front, temperatures will be a touch cooler (albeit still above average) on Friday. We'll be in the upper 60s Friday afternoon. We do not have any rain in the forecast for Friday.

Temperatures recover quickly going into the weekend!

Unfortunately, the warm weather will come with a chance of scattered thunderstorms each day. (I say "unfortunately" not because I don't want it to rain, but because we're already pretty saturated. We have a rainfall surplus for the month of April of 1.17".)

Hopefully the rain will work to wash some of this nasty tree pollen away though!
