CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Anthony Kennedy, 29, the suspect accused of murdering his boyfriend in North Olmsted, appeared in court Monday morning.
The body of James Cashin, 65, was found in October under the Pearl Rd. Bridge. The cause of death was determined to be blunt impact to the head and neck.
Police suspect Cashin, a retired probation officer who had been working at the airport as a security officer, was killed in August and dumped in Cleveland.
Kennedy and Seth Wood, 22, were charged with aggravated murder.
Police say Cashin and Kennedy were in a live-in relationship for about six years.
No motive was released.
Kennedy and Wood were arraigned in Rocky River Municipal Court. Both men were given $1.5 million bonds.
Kennedy's case will now be presented to a grand jury.
