Vigil planned for victims killed in weekend drive-by shooting

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Following a violent weekend with several deadly shootings, a community is planning to come together Tuesday night to remember a 15-year-old boy and an innocent bystander that were killed in Saturday's drive-by shooting.

The vigil will be held at the CMHA Woodhill Community Center, located at 2491 Baldwin Road in Cleveland. Organizers hope to start a dialogue about preventing gun violence.

The teen boy, Tywan Cortez Johnson, was in one of the two vehicles involved in the drive-by shooting. The second victim, 61-year old David Wilder, was struck and killed by errant gunfire.
