Since Cleveland 19's story about a condemned Strongsville home aired Monday, there have been dozens of realtors and flippers driving by.

Earlier this week, the house looked like this:

"That's a huge improvement," said neighbor Judy Bronze, after looking at the property.

Bronze said she wishes the new owners luck.

"I'm sure we will be great neighbors," she said.

Nearby resident Ed Zack had a similar reaction.

"Wow," he said. "Yeah, that's a 100 percent turnaround."

The new owner did not want Cleveland 19 to shoot the inside of the house, but allowed reporter Lydia Esparra inside to see improvements. They said they want to be good owners and had nothing to do with the mess that was there before they got there.

The Strongsville Building Inspector could not be reached for comment in time for publication.

"Thank you Lydia and Channel 19," Bronze said.
