'Orlo Wants to Know' Volunteers help clean 133rd Street in East Cleveland

EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - East Cleveland illegal dumping, thousands of people responded to trash dumped on an East 133rd street, progress was slow at first. Front end loaders scraped tons of trash from the front and sides of homes after years of neglect.

After day one, there was a difference, but a rented backhoe broke down stopping things for a time. Next volunteers got busy.

One of the problems will be keeping people from depositing new trash. One small pile was on the street but as you look down the street so far all appears well.
