Cleveland police seek public's help in aggravated burglary

DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland police are asking for the public's help as they investigate an aggravated burglary.

They said it happened March 18 near 110th and Fidelity.

They said the offenders were three young black men, described as teens, in a gray older-model Chevy Monte Carlo. Based on surveillance footage, it looks like the offenders may have followed the couple home.

The first thing in the surveillance video is the victims, a man and woman, both in their 60s, pulling into their driveway. Next, the Monte Carlo pulls up and before it even stops, two men are out of the car, running up the driveway at the couple.

After a fight, the couple somehow makes it into their home to lock the door. One of the offenders tries to kick in the door before giving up and leaving.

Those who can identify any of the offenders should call 216-623-5118.
