A woman who police believe had a hand in her grandson's death is locked up.

Norma Caraballo-Vazquez turned herself in Thursday evening. She was taken into custody without incident.

Caraballo-Vazquez was charged with child endangering.

Noah Harvey, 2, was found unresponsive in his crib at his home at West 20th Street on Monday, March 27. Police said Methadone was found in his system. Family members rushed him to MetroHealth Medical Center. He died March 28.

Noah's mom said the grandma, Caraballo-Vazquez, is a recovering heroin addict and takes Methadone daily. The grandmother watched Noah when his mother was at work.
