RICHLAND COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - Police are seeking the public's help to find the man who robbed a Richland County bank Friday afternoon.
The robber showed the teller a gun then gave them a note demanding cash at the Mechanics Bank located at 980 Ashland Road. around 5:45 p.m., according to authorities.
The teller handed the money to the suspect and he left, headed towards Taco Bell.
The suspect is a white male 5'9" – 5'10", 155-160 lbs., late 20's to 30's years of age, medium build, brown hair, facial hair, black winter hat with a red circle and white lettering on it, brown/gray/tan Carhartt jacket with a hood, blue t-shirt with lettering on the front, possibly jeans, blues shoes with white on them.
He got into a late 90's early 2000's, four-door, tan or gold Nissan Sentra. It has front end damage, the hood is held down, possibly with a bungie cord. It has five spoke wheels and dark tinted windows.
The second suspect driving the getaway car is described as a white female, 5'6" – 5'8", 110 – 120 lbs., with short blonde shoulder length hair wearing black leggings, boots and a black coat with a hoodie possibly on it.
