CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland police say since Sunday, April 2, 25 people have overdosed.
Out of those 25 victims, 3 people died.

On Wednesday, Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas Gilson will hold a 1 p.m. news conference to discuss the urgency of educating the public about the heroin epidemic They will also unveil their new collaborative campaign.
