WILLOUGHBY HILLS, OH (WOIO) - The man accused of kidnapping his girlfriend's two children after a domestic violence incident earlier this week has turned himself in.
Charged with two counts of abduction, a judge set Clarence Davis' bond at $50,000 and he was also ordered not to have any contact with the the victims.
Davis, 24, showed up at the Willoughby Hills Police Dept. Thursday morning and surrendered without incident. He is currently being held at the Willoughby Hills Jail.
Davis took the children, who were inside their mother's car Tuesday morning. An AMBER alert was issued more than three hours after a 3-year-old little girl, Ravin Briscoe, and her brother, 5-year-old Gavin Traylor were taken. The children were safely returned a few hours later
According to Traylor the incident took place in the 27600 block of Chardon Road.
The stolen vehicle, like the one pictured below, was found and recovered overnight by the Cleveland Police Department in the 2600 block of West 14th Street, Cleveland.
Davis will be in court next Wednesday at 1 p.m.
