Donation center set up for family who lost everything in a house fire

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A Family of four in Cleveland has lost everything after a fire completely destroyed their home.

The house fire happened on the 3000 block of Woodbridge Avenue in Cleveland on April 7.

Iesha Rodriguez said she left for fifteen minutes to get dinner for her family and when she came back the house was in flames. 

“We have nothing, we have to start all over,” said Rodriguez.

Rodriguez said she is thankful her three sons weren't home during the time of the fire. 

“My youngest son is deaf, he lost his hearing aids and everything," said Rodriguez .

 Friends have organized a donation center at located at  4442 State Road. The family said they're in need of boys and women's clothing. 

Victoria Velazquez owns the store front and she said donated items can be left there day or night. 

Those interested can leave clothes and other items at any time.
