EUCLID, OH (WOIO) - The incident report has been released in the March 13 shooting death of a Cleveland man.

Luke Stewart, 23, was shot and killed at East 222nd and Milton in Euclid.

Officers responded to the area for the report of a suspicious vehicle. One officer ended up inside Stewart's vehicle, according to the report released by the Law Department. Stewart was shot in the neck and chest and had two taser probes in his shoulder, according to the report.

Police said officers attempted CPR before EMS transported him to Euclid Hospital. Stewart was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The Bureau of Criminal Investigation obtained a search warrant for the vehicle involved and no weapons were found. Stewart had $250 and a cell phone on him.

BCI is still investigating to determine whether the vehicle itself was used as a weapon.

The Euclid police officer involved in the shooting is back on the job.
