Partially clothed man arrested for recording people in Cleveland Public Library bathroom

Cleveland police arrested a 26-year-old man April 12 for using a cell phone to look and record people under the Cleveland Public Library bathroom stall doors, according to a court document.

Police said the man was partially clothed when the incidents took place around 5 p.m. The Cleveland Public Library is located at 325 Superior Ave.

A Cleveland Municipal Court document said the man violated Ohio's voyeurism law.
