CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cleveland Police Department is investigating a homicide at the 600 block of East 93rd Street. Police said the suspect, 37-year-old Steve Stephens, posted the video of him killing a man and claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which have not been verified.

East 102 Street - East 108 Street in Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University were on lock down Sunday. The Cleveland Clinic was also on stand by for mass casualties.

Police have released a photo of the suspect's actual vehicle.

In the Facebook Live post, Stephens claimed he killed more than a dozen people. Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said there are no other victims that the department knows of right now. An edited version of the Facebook Live post may be watched here. Warning: Although edited, the violent video is still difficult to watch.

"We've checked several locations that were either in the [Facebook Live] post itself or from information we got. So far there are no more victims tied to Steve and this incident," said Williams.

The chief also asked Stephens to turn himself in.

"What happened today is senseless," said Williams. "I know, Steve, that you have a relationship with some of our clergy in Northeast Ohio. I encourage you to give them a call and then call us and turn yourself in."

The victim in the Facebook Live shooting has been identified as Robert Godwin, Sr., 74, by Cleveland officials.
