Sunday's Facebook shooting in Cleveland: A timeline of events

A Cleveland man is accused of uploading video of a fatal shooting to Facebook this past weekend.

Law enforcement officials will be installing billboards and message signs along the highways with photos and a description of the suspect, Steve Stephens, until he is captured. Anyone with information may contact the Cleveland Police Department or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324).
