DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland man is accused of uploading video of a fatal shooting to Facebook this past weekend.

Law enforcement officials will be installing billboards and message signs along the highways with photos and a description of the suspect, Steve Stephens, until he is captured. Anyone with information may contact the Cleveland Police Department or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324).

2:09 p.m.

First video, of intent to murder, upload. Not reported to Facebook.

2:11 p.m.

Second video, of shooting, uploaded.

2:22 p.m.

Suspect confesses to murder while using Live, is live for 5 minutes.

2:27 p.m.

Live ends, and Live video is first reported shortly after.

3:59 p.m.

Video of shooting is first reported.

4:22 p.m.

Suspect's account disabled; all videos no longer visible to public.
