AKRON, OH (WOIO) - The Streetsboro man indicted on charges of shooting and killing a 24-year-old over a stolen dirt bike is scheduled to appear at Summit County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday morning for arraignment.

Police say William Knight, 63, shot Keith Johnson on March 20 in the head after a dispute over a stolen dirt bike. Knight's son-in-law noticed his dirt bike, which was stolen in Feb. 2016, was for sale on a social media site.

Knight was indicted for two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault.
