DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

An area family is looking for a man they say suffers from epilepsy and frequent seizures who has been missing since April 14.

Phillip Dwayne McCoy was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt, a brown pullover sweatshirt, and black boots. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

He was in the area of Parkedge and MLK Boulevard.

The family says he may be hurt and disoriented, adding he does not have his medication.

The family is very concerned, as this is not characteristic of him.

Those who see McCoy should contact police or call his brother Tim at 216-301-0155
