CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - If you've ever hit one of those rim-bending potholes you may have thought to yourself, "The City should have to pay for my repair."
Well in some cases they do! Well not very often but if you can prove the city knew about the pothole, didn't fix it and then your car was damaged because of it, they may pay up.
We requested the numbers from 2016, and so far in 2017, here's how often the city finds itself liable.
