Dog rescued from starvation by animal control

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A dog in the Cleveland area was rescued from starvation by animal control officers. Bambi was picked up as a stray.

Mutts in a Rut Rescue said "Clearly someone starved her almost to death and dumped her." At 24 lbs. she is half the weight she should be. The dog is currently at a vet clinic getting care and food.
