CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cavs completed the four-game sweep of the Indiana Pacers Sunday afternoon with a 106-102 win. They became the first team to advance in this year's NBA playoffs.
Even though the Cavs won all their games, they were not dominant performances. In Game 1, the Cavs won by one point. In Game 2, LeBron and Kyrie made shots when needed, leading the team to their second win in the series. LeBron and the Cavs made a historic comeback to victory in Game 3. The sweep was completed by the Cavs in Game 4, despite a close end to the game.
Despite the close finishes against the No. 7 ranked team in the Eastern Conference, many Cavs fans took to social media to show their support for the team. Most are still feeling optimistic about a championship repeat.
Their second-round opponent will either be the No. 3 Toronto Raptors or the No. 6 Milwaukee Bucks. If the series goes seven games, the Cavs might now know who the opponent will be until next weekend.
