Multiple shootings in Cleveland overnight: Police

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland Police say there were three shootings overnight in Cleveland, sending three men to local hospitals.

The first shooting happened around 1 a.m. near the intersection of East 131st Street and Miles Avenue. A 22-year-old man was shot in the head.

Less than 20 minutes later, a 30-year-old man was shot in the abdomen near the intersection of East 93rd Street and Miles Avenue.

Then, around 2 a.m., a 27-year-old man was shot in the buttocks.

Police did not say what hospital the victims were transported to, or what condition they were in. It is unknown if the shootings are connected.

So far, no one has been arrested, but police continue to investigate.
