CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Sagamore Hills rallied together to raise funds to support Northfield Kindergartner Tessa Puma and her family on Saturday. A 5k Walk/Run was held in her honor on Valley View Road.

Tessa was the youngest girl to make the Center Stage competitive dance team.

She recently had to have her left leg amputated from the knee down because of a rare medical condition. The condition caused bacteria from strep throat to get into her blood stream and spread.
