CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The man accused of shooting three people on Cleveland's east side, including a 9-year-old girl, appeared in court Monday morning for arraignment.
Carlos Anderson, 34, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault. The judge set a $250,000 bond for Anderson.
Police say Anderson shot three people on July 13, including a 9-year-old girl, a 34-year-old man, and a woman. The shooting occurred near the intersection of East 30th Street and Central Avenue.
Three three victims were taken to an area hospital for treatment, but their conditions are not known.
Court records show that Anderson has a criminal history, including a drug trafficking conviction.
Anderson is scheduled to appear in court again at a later date.
