CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Metroparks system kicks off their 100th birthday centennial celebration this weekend with fireworks, concerts, and more.
This weekend's events include:
- Friday: Euclid Beach Live concert, featuring big band music from the Primetime Big Band. The events start at 6 p.m. at Euclid Beach Park.
- Friday: The Centennial Picnic will feature a unique picnic cuisine, live entertainment, an open bar, and more. The events will be held at Brookside Reservation at 6 p.m.
- Saturday: The Centennial Fireworks celebration begins at 2 p.m. at Edgewater Park. Music, food trucks, and outdoor activities will lead up to an evening firework display at 9:40 p.m.
- Sunday: A centennial dog walk will take place at the Bedford Reservation starting at 9 a.m.
