Grand Jury declines sexual assault charges against former OSU corner Gareon Conley

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Grand Jury has declined charges against former Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley.

The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office said after an investigation by the Cleveland Police Department, the facts and circumstances surrounding the allegations of sexual assault against Conley were presented to a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury, the Grand Jury returned a No Bill on all possible charges.

The current Oakland Raiders corner was accused of raping a woman back in April. The AP reports a 23-year-old woman told officers Conley raped her in a hotel bathroom on April 9.
