Frigid temps trigger school closings across Northeast Ohio

NORTHEAST OHIO (WOIO) - A wind chill advisory, in effect until Wednesday morning, has already moved administrators to shut down schools across Northeast Ohio.

The wind chills, which are projected to fall between -15 to -24 degrees below zero, will pull temperatures down to single digits this week.
