Man jumps on speeding train in Huron, panics and calls 911

WAYNE COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said two men have been arrested after hopping on a train in Huron County and hanging on for a 50-mile ride through Northeast Ohio.

Investigators said the incident happened on July 10 after the suspects boarded a train creeping it's way through Willard.

Deputy Doug Hunter said one of the men called 911 to ask for help.

Authorities said they eventually jumped off the train and were placed under arrest in Wayne County.

Deputy Hunter released a video describing the incident.
