Traffic lights back on in downtown Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Many traffic signals were out for hours Thursday in downtown Cleveland.

Lights affected were on East 9th from Superior to Carnegie and Euclid and Prospect from W. 6th to East 14th.

Cleveland Public Power said the cause was from a feeder tripping.

The lights first went out around 1:30 a.m. and were restored just after 11 a.m.
