Stella's Music Club promising new music experience in Cleveland

Stella's Music Club: Ready to Rock

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Stella's Music Club is celebrating a grand opening on Saturday, Aug. 11. The bands performing are Disconnected, Amoramora, and The Sprouts.

The restaurant, bar and music club is located across the street from Progressive Field.

The co-owners, Megan Savransky, Chris Barone and Mike Zweig, said they wanted to create a place for musicians- by musicians. All three are musicians themselves.

Stella's Music Club is named after Zweig's pug that recently died.

The venue invested tens-of-thousands of dollars into state-of-the art sound equipment and offers bands an opportunity to plug into existing stage equipment. There's even a house drum set guests can use.

Barone said this attention to details eliminates timely setups and gives musicians top-notch sound every time.

Friday on Wake Up Cleveland, the bands Under the Bridge, Vinyl Arcade and Jose Ibanez preformed.
