ASHTABULA, Ohio - Ashtabula County sheriff's deputies are investigating how a man died after being shot with a Taser gun.
Deputies were called to Kenneth Cleveland's home in Lennox Township on Sunday night after he threatened people riding ATVs nearby.
Deputies say that Cleveland was armed and refused to put down the gun. When he didn't comply, he was shot with a Taser gun.
The details of Cleveland's death have not been released and an autopsy is pending.
Officials say that the deputies involved acted properly and have not been placed on leave while Cleveland's death is investigated.
