OHIO - Voters participating in this Tuesday's special election may need a crash-course in following instructions before showing up to vote.
Tuesday's voting process will be a little different this time around. Voters, upon showing up at their designated location, are required to state their full name, state their full address, and provide proper identification before voting. If voters follow these instructions, they can use one of the county's electronic voting machines. If not, the voter will most likely have to fill out a provisional ballot. The County Board of Elections will then have to verify those voting are registered voters before their completed ballot would count.
Residents voting in this Tuesday's special election received a postcard last month alerting that a special election was coming up as well as the new ID law.
