Gaza City - Fox News journalists are alive and well. Militant group claims kidnapping.

The Palestinian militant group 'Holy Jihad Brigades" formally stepped up and assumed responsibility for the kidnappings of two American journalists.

Reporter Steve Centanni, 60, and cameraman Olaf Wiig, 37, said in a video released on Wednesday that their captors are treating them well, adding that they have access to food, water, bathrooms, and clothes. The video is the first time the two men have been seen since their kidnapping.

The men appeared healthy in the video, wearing sweat suits and sitting up against a black backdrop. There were no militants or guns shown in the clip.

The Palestinian militants who kidnapped the journalists back on Aug.14th, say they want all Muslim prisoners released from U.S. jails within 72 hours in exchange for the men. The militants did not say what would happen to the men if the deadline passed unanswered.
