COPY-Foster Parents Held on $10 Million Dollars Bond - Each

Cincinnati, OH - The foster parents accused of leaving a developmentally-disabled child to die in a closet are being held on $10 million dollars bond - each.

Liz and David Carroll plead not guilty to a long list of charges - including involuntary manslaughter.

Cincinnati prosecutors say the couple wrapped three-year-old Marcus Fiesel in a blanket and tape, with his arms behind him, and then went off to a family reunion. Two days they returned to find him dead.

Investigators believe the Carrolls tried repeatedly to burn the body. They later allegedly made up a story about the boy wandering away from a park, leading hundreds of volunteers to help police search for days.

Liz Carroll even held a news conference last week to plead for help. But the prosecutors say that was around the same time the Carrolls were disposing of the body.
