Police Look For Suspect In Dragging Death

CLEVELAND - Cleveland Police are on the hunt for a suspect after a 46-year-old man was dragged to his death by a car, 19/43 News reported.

The accident began at the intersection of East 106th Street and Lee Road.

Police officials said that the victim, Willy Johnson, and another man got into an argument, and that the second man took Johnson's car keys and tried to drive off.

Johnson, who apparently tried to stop him by jumping on the hood of the car, was dragged nearly a block down Lee Road before he was thrown off the vehicle.

He died a short time later at Huron Road Hospital.
