Judge: Man Not Competent to Stand Trial in Grandparents Murder

Massillon, OH - New information about the man accused of murdering his grandparents.

A judge has ruled that Brian Aduddel is not mentally competent to stand trial.

This, after reviewing a psychologist's report.

The 32-year-old will not be taken to a mental health care facility in Columbus for treatment.

If he's determined competent within a year, he'll go on trial for the stabbing deaths of his grandparents - Charles and Evelyn Evans.
