Ex-McDonald's Worker Arraigned For Coffee Throwing

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - A former McDonalds drive-through worker accused of throwing hot coffee into a car and burning a 1-year-old boy has been arraigned on a felonious assault charge.

Noseche Gaillard, 19, is free on $10,000 bond.

Bobby White, 23, said that he and a friend went through the drive-through on Tuesday to get food for White's children. Police said that Gaillard had a hard time hearing them through the speaker. She allegedly tossed the coffee through the window when they pulled up.

Police said that White's son Brycen suffered second-degree burns on his neck and hand.

The owner of the McDonald's where Gaillard had worked said that he has fired her.
