PITTSBURGH (AP) - For the second time in a little more than two months, there's been a violent incident involving Duquesne athletes.
Three members of the university's club hockey team were injured by a hit-and-run driver early today after an argument at a bar, according to police and school officials.
Five Duquesne basketball players were shot on September 17th, following a campus party.
Police in Pittsburgh say two hockey players and a coach got into an argument with three other people at the pub, but were separated by bar staff and soon left. As they walked across a parking lot, a passenger in a car asked what they were looking at and the driver drove at them.
None were seriously injured, although one player was hospitalized with a broken leg and a severe cut that required surgery. He's listed in fair condition
