Joncich Family Stuffing


1 package Jimmy Dean Sausage
Celery ( 2 large stocks chopped)
1 medium onion chopped
1 egg
1 can chicken broth
Poultry seasoning
1 apple (chopped)
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing with Herbs

*Chop celery and onion------boil in water until tender (lid on) about 45min to 1 hour

*Brown sausage (drain all grease)

*Put stuffing into bowl

*Add egg

*Add sausage to stuffing

*Add apple

*Add ½ can of Chicken broth

*Mix then add poultry seasoning (1tsp) and salt and pepper

*Add cooked celery and onion plus a little juice

*Mix well and add additional chicken broth if needed (Make sure stuffing is moist)

Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour
