PENINSULA, Ohio - Blossom Music Center will be getting a $14 million facelift this year, 19/43 News reported.
The outdoor pavilion is slated to receive new lighting, and officials are planning to expand pavilion seating by 1,000 seats. There will also be more restrooms added, more handicapped accessibility and a VIP plaza.
The work should be completed by the year 2003, but Blossom officials said that patrons would see some changes by next summer.
None of the work will interfere with the summer concert schedule.
