CLEVELAND (AP) - Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich says he's running for president - again.
The Democrat issued a statement saying he plans to formally announce the bid for the 2008 nomination tomorrow at City Hall in Cleveland.
He says he was inspired to run because he disagrees with the way some of his fellow Democrats are handling the war in Iraq, including approval for spending a proposed 160B billion dollars more on the conflict.
Kucinich's anti-war message was also the cornerstone of his unsuccessful 2004 bid, which drew support from some celebrities and was fodder for late-night comics.
He was re-elected last month to a sixth term in the US House.
